This site has its own custom billing system. All Green Bag Lunch To Go orders are paid via credit card once the online order is complete. If you have questions about billing, you can email CustomerMealService@gmail.com.
We charge a flat $1.00 fee for each delivery. Delivery fees are prepaid along with your order.
FOOD RETURN POLICY
For safety reasons, under no circumstances will Green Bag, Inc. accept food returned to our kitchen.
Green Bag Lunch To Go will try to accommodate customers with severe or life threatening food allergies. Contact us directly at CustomerMealService@gmail.com with any special needs and we will do our best to customize certain meals. By using Green Bag Lunch To Go, you agree to our terms and conditions and understand that Green Bag Lunch To Go is not responsible for any food related allergic reactions that may occur whether it be mild or severe. We prepare our food in a facility that handles nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish and other common food allergens. We cannot guarantee no cross contamination. We urge you to use caution when choosing Green Bag, Inc. If you have a moderate to severe food allergy, we cannot serve you.
